We believe that everyone deserves a workplace free from violence, abuse, harassment, and unnecessary aggression. To uphold this, DrBrucePereira, LLC maintains a Zero Tolerance Policy.
We reserve the right to discontinue services to any client who violates appropriate and good-faith behavioral and relational boundaries. Our mission centers on developing healthy leaders and cultures, and we take toxic behavior very seriously. While we aim to be polite and helpful, and will always address concerns in a reasonable and timely manner, we believe that toxic behavior is not aligned with our core values and may result in removal from our client list.
This policy applies to all clients, including individual, enterprise, charity, and pro bono. It relates to all our services and service lines.
