Dr. Bruce Pereira (“Dr. Bruce Pereira”, “We”, “Us”, and “Our”) is committed to protecting your Personal Information.  We maintain information confidentiality and comply with applicable regulatory requirements.

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) covers Our privacy practices with respect to use and/or disclosure of information We may collect from you when you access or use Our website (the “Site”) or underlying informational, motivational, and leadership coaching services (collectively “Services”).  This Privacy Policy is part of, and incorporated into, the Terms of Use. Directly from You

We may collect Personal Information through online forms to provide certain features of the Services to you. For example, if you sign up for our newsletter or marketing updates, request a discovery call, or fill out the contact us section of the Site, We may request that you fill out a form with information such as:

  • Email address.

  • Age.

  • Employer/Role.

  • Financial information, such as your form of payment.

  • Telephone number.

Automatically When you Use Our Site

Do Not Track Disclosure

Many web browsers include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting that signals your preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected.  However, there is currently no uniform standard for recognizing and implementing the DNT signals.  As such, We do not monitor or respond to Do Not Track browser requests.  If a standard is adopted that we must follow in the future, then we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

We may process your Personal Information for the following lawful business and commercial purposes, in accordance with the practices described in this Privacy Policy:

Marketing

If you have supplied your email address in relation to Our newsletter, We may further send you emails to provide you with information, to inform you of new events or content, to solicit your feedback, or to keep you up to date on Us. 

You can opt out of Our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send.  You also may ask Us not to send you other marketing communications by contacting Us as specified in the "Contact Us" section below, and we will honor your request. Please note that even after you are removed from Our marketing lists, We may still send you non-promotional communications, such as responding to service requests.

Advertisements

We may also use third-party advertisers, ad networks, and other advertising, marketing, and promotional companies, to serve advertisements about Our Services. Information Retention 

We will only keep your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which We collect the information, as described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.  

Children

Our Services are not intended for use by children. We do not intentionally gather Personal Information about individuals who are under the age of 16. If a child has provided Us with Personal Information, a parent or guardian of that child may contact Us to have the information deleted from our records. If you believe that We might have any information from a child under age 16, please contact us. If we learn that We have inadvertently collected the Personal Information of a child under 16, or equivalent minimum age depending on jurisdiction, We will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.
