My doctoral research explored the role of narratives in shaping meaning, influencing relational continuity, and forming identity. I apply these insights to leadership development, identity formation, and offer specialized storytelling training, story coaching, and design services.

Through my research, I identified and validated the concept of hidden narratives — unseen stories that shape how we perceive and experience the world. By leveraging this understanding, I help leaders become more self-aware, human-centered, and reflective, ultimately fostering healthier, more inclusive workplaces.

A key focus of my ongoing research is the exploration of cultural and narrative markers of toxic leadership and organizational cultures. I use this expertise to support leaders in building impactful, thriving and purpose-driven teams and organizations. I also assist organizations in initiating and navigating the challenging conversations needed to address and transform toxic cultures.
